My name is Sarah Hartman. I am a native Texan and a lifelong traveler to Walt Disney World. In a lifetime of trips, I have taken everyone from my own children, my mother in law, and my childless sister! Do you want a trip with your young children? I can do it! Adults only trip? Here for it! Multi-generational trip? Heck yes! A trip with your teens or young adults? What are we waiting for?! Whatever you have in mind, chances are, I’ve done it! And that means I cannot wait to use my real-time experience and hands on proficiency to help you plan your next amazing adventure! Disney Destinations are my specialty and each trip is different and magical in its entirety.

When I’m not in the parks and helping my clients curate a lifetime of memories, you can find me at my hair salon, remodeling my historical home, traveling to National Parks and other Disney Destinations, and spending time with my family.

Hi! I’m Kortney Moore—travel enthusiast, planner of epic getaways, and your go-to travel bestie. I’m a certified Travel Advisor who believes every trip should feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience (even if it’s your fifth time at Universal!).

My love for travel runs deep—whether it’s screaming with joy on a Universal rollercoaster, singing along with Mickey and friends at Disney, getting lost in a brand-new city, or just unwinding on the beach with a good book. I’ve turned that lifelong passion into a career helping others plan stress-free, joy-filled adventures.

My family of three (plus our lovable dog) live in Central Texas, and when I’m not booking magical vacations, you’ll probably find me binging a new TV series, buried in a great book, or adding another enamel pin or Christmas ornament to my growing travel collection. One of my biggest bucket list goals? Visiting all seven continents—and I’m working my way there!

Natalie Zgabay

Howdy! My name is Natalie Zgabay. I am excited to join Happy Pants Travel as the European Travel Specialist. As a teacher, learning about new places and cultures is a passion of mine. I began my travel journey in 2010 when I was the group leader for a student group traveling to Costa Rica and I was officially bitten by the “travel bug”. Ever since, my husband and I have traveled extensively. We have roadtripped most of the Southeast US, visited the Caribbean, and our most recent love is Europe!

From the time I traveled with my students in 2010, I have expanded my portfolio to include the following countries before COVID: Turkey, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, and Lichtenstein. Beginning in 2021, the Czech Republic became a yearly visit as my husband and I embarked on an ancestry journey. As we visited Czechia we continued to travel to Italy, France, Germany and Poland. This year I added Greece to my passport. 

The wanderlust to see new places, meet new people, eat and try new foods and experience other cultures is a mission of mine to share with anyone and everyone I meet. Having traveled to many of the countries in Europe, I can use my extensive knowledge and “tips and tricks” to cultivate an amazing experience for yourself or your family in a way that allows for your travel to be as stress free as possible.
